Summary: We wanted a nice relaxing beach vacation and that is exactly what we got! The house is beautiful and well maintained and was comfortable for our stay. The location is great for easily getting to dining, shopping and multiple beach activities.

Summary: Monica’s home is great. The instant you walk in you see all the coastal teal decor and the house smells clean and fresh. The home is very clean. She has every amenity you would need for an extended stay. Also, she is extremely fast with returning texts with any question you may have. Check in is fairly simple with the August Home app she asks you to download. I would advise you make sure your Bluetooth is turned on for the app itself. If not this will create a delay with checking in. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is close to many nearby shops and restaurants. If I ever have to visit Corpus Christi again I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I had no problems during my stay, this was one of the better rentals I’ve stayed at between VRBO and ABNB. The door lock app is easy to set up and navigate, and great privacy. Quiet neighbors!
